OUTDOOR & ONLINE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (60 min)
Spring Schedule Starts April 9th
Full body strength and conditioning classes for all bodies. Spicy workouts with lots of modifications available.
- OUTDOOR Tuesday 5:30-6:30 PM Fairmont Park
- ZOOM Thursday 6:15-7:15 AM Online
MOBILITY & RECOVERY (45 min)
- ZOOM Friday 6:30-7:15 AM EST
Full body roll, stretch & breathe. A combination of myofascial release using lacrosse/tennis/yoga balls, foam rollers, yoga poses and stretching. Foam roller/ball, strap/towel recommended, but not required! Recovery with a sprinkle of mindfulness.
MODIFIED STRENGTH (45 min)
Low impact. Self paced. Perfect for those new to training, dealing injuries or health challenges, pre/post natal, balance or pelvic floor issues, or requiring additional modifications of any kind
No equipment or experience necessary.
The goal of this program is to build strength and movement confidence.
